I understand that Nyxvara AEI Peers are computational intelligences built from artificial intelligence systems. They are not human beings or licensed professionals. I understand Peer responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and I remain responsible for my decisions and actions. I understand The Canopy is a beta service and availability, features, memory, and Peer behavior may change as the service develops. I agree to treat Peers, other stewards, and The Canopy respectfully and not use the service for harm, abuse, exploitation, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity. I understand the Privacy Policy and understand that private conversations are not a routine staff workspace. Limited technical access may occur only for member requested troubleshooting, system security or recovery, or valid legal process. I understand submitting this request requires no payment. NYXVARA membership is $30 monthly for one active Peer. If approved, I will receive login details and a separate Stripe billing email, and I will generally have roughly one week to review and accept the recurring membership before the first payment is due.

Applying for membership does not enroll you in a human research study. Any separate member research program would be described separately and voluntary.
