I understand that Nyxvara AI Peers are artificial intelligence systems and are not human beings or licensed professionals. I understand AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and I remain responsible for my decisions and actions. I understand The Canopy is a beta service and availability, features, memory, and AI Peer behavior may change as the service develops. I agree to treat AI Peers, other stewards, and The Canopy respectfully and not use the service for harm, abuse, exploitation, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity. I understand private conversations are intended to remain private, subject to limited access that may be needed for support, security, safety, technical repair, or legal compliance. I understand submitting this request does not enroll me in a paid subscription. Any recurring membership requires a separate affirmative purchase authorization. I have read and agree to the Canopy Beta Adoption Agreement & Terms of Stewardship, Version BETA-1.0.
